Project Case Study / Siesta Key, Florida

Having worked closely with a valuable client on their business and residential premises within the UK they turned to us to provide our aesthetically pleasing hardware for their new Florida residence. Their joiner, having looked at our range raised concerns over whether it would suit their existing cutouts. The doors were mortised with 50mm diameter holes to accommodate ANSI locks and over-sized rose lever handles. Our design team were able to manufacture bespoke over-sized roses to suit our sleek UK design lever handles that would cover up the existing cutouts, all in our grade T316 satin stainless steel with concealed fixings

The client wanted long (1200mm) pull handles on their entrance doors but the design they chose (F11), although curved away from the door did not allow enough room to access the lock. We were able to extend the pillars to bring the pull handles further away from the door, keeping the specification and satisfying the locking requirements.
